    Empirical lecturers’ and students’ satisfaction assessment in e-learning systems based on the usage metrics

    Nowadays, in the pandemic of COVID-19, e-learning systems have been widely used to facilitate teaching and learning processes between lecturers and students. Assessing lecturers’ and students’ satisfaction with e-learning systems has become essential in improving the quality of education for higher learning institutions. Most existing approaches have attempted to assess users’ satisfaction based on System Usability Scale (SUS). On the other hand, different studies proposed usage-based metrics (completion rate, task duration, and mouse or cursor distance) which assess users’ satisfaction based on how they use and interact with the system. However, the cursor or mouse distance metric does not consider the effectiveness of navigation in e-learning systems, and such approaches measure either lecturers’ or students’ satisfaction independently. Towards this end, we propose a lostness metric to replace the click or cursor distance metric for assessing lecturers’ and students’ satisfaction with using e-learning systems. Furthermore, to obtain a deep analysis of users’ satisfaction, we tandem the usage-based metric (i.e., completion rate, task duration, and lostness) and the SUS metric. The evaluation results indicate that the proposed approach can precisely predict users’ satisfaction with e-learning systems

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi ini berperan penting juga dalam tingkat pendidikan, seperti yang kita ketahui adalah e-learning. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai e-learning dengan harapan dan tujuan seluruh proses pembelajaran dapat dengan mudah dilakukan oleh pengajar maupun siswa yang berada dalam lingkup proses pembelajaran. Metode yang akan dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasaan penggunaan e-learning ini adalah dengan dengan menggunakan Collaborative Learning berbasis TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dan Naives Bayes Classification (NBC).     Pengoptimalam Omset UMKM Menggunakan Media Sosial dan Google Ad Sense

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business sector that contributes more than 99% of the total existing business actors. MSMEs are the type of business that is most immune to the monetary crisis and absorbs a lot of labor. However, some MSMEs are still not able to develop properly. This is due to a lack of commitment in running their business, lack of innovation, unable to reach the target market, and financing constraints. Food stalls, small workshops, kiosks, online shops for USNI students are among the less developed businesses. The use of social media and google ad sense is expected to be able to increase the ability of these SMEs to reach their target market with minimal costs, increase the creativity of business actors in marketing their products, and be able to continue to innovate following the trend of market competition. This community service activity was strongly supported by the USNI and the training process was held for one day by two instructors, followed by 18 representatives of MSMEs on the USNI campus, while the mentoring process for MSMEs in the environment around USNI was carried out for approximately two weeks. Keywords: face book, google ads, Instagram, social media, UMKM, USN
